Stamps.com Announces Share Repurchase Plan

EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Stamps.com® (Nasdaq: STMP), the leading provider of postage online and shipping software, today announced that on March 8, 2019, the Board of Directors approved a new share repurchase plan that will take effect March 14, 2019 and authorizes the Company to repurchase up to $60 million of stock over the six months following its effective date.
